Hi! I’m Mary
I’m an almost 36 year old lady with two kids and a lot of joy. I spent the majority of time up until 2017 putting everyone around me first, to the detriment of my health and joy. When I decided to make a change and put myself first, everything got better. And it’s only gone up from there. I hope you’ll join me here as we explore the good, the bad, and the goofy that comes with mama putting herself first.
